Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. Canceling more than twice within 24 hours of your appointment will also result in a booking ban. There is a $20 late fee after 15 minutes. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged 100% of the service. By booking, you agree to this policy.
